Cresta Botsalo launches 28 Newly Refurbished Rooms
Cresta Botsalo, a premier hotel in Palapye and part of Cresta Marakanelo Limited, has completed the extensive renovation of 28 rooms, bringing the hotel's total capacity back to its full complement of 51 rooms. The renovations, which began in early 2023, reflect the hotel's commitment to providing an exceptional guest experience while also contributing to the economic development of the region. During the renovation, the hotel continued to operate with a reduced inventory, ensuring that guests could still enjoy their stay while construction was underway.
The extensive refurbishment of the new wing introduced a modern look and feel to the hotel, featuring new painting and carpeting throughout the floors. Additionally, the rooms are now equipped with state-of-the-art Smart TVs, providing guests with a wide range of entertainment options. The plumbing systems were renewed, ensuring optimal functionality, while wall frames were replaced to enhance both durability and aesthetic appeal.
Oxilia Kuswani, General Manager of Cresta Botsalo, expressed her enthusiasm for the transformation, stating, "The completion of the refurbishment at Cresta Botsalo represents our ongoing commitment to elevating the standards of hospitality in Botswana. We are thrilled to be back to our full capacity of 51 rooms, ready to welcome guests with top-notch amenities and services. This is part of our broader strategy to invest in our properties and contribute to the growth and development of the communities in which we operate."
The renovation underscores Cresta Botsalo's dedication to meeting the needs of business travelers and leisure guests alike. With its strategic location in Palapye, the hotel serves as an ideal base for corporate meetings and events, while also offering easy access to local attractions and amenities.
Beyond enhancing the guest experience, the renovations at Cresta Botsalo have a positive impact on the local economy. Kuswani emphasized the significance of such projects, stating, "Expansion not only enables us to offer more to our guests but also creates employment opportunities and supports Botswana's economic growth. By investing in our hotels, we contribute to job creation and foster economic development in the regions where we operate."
The grand reopening of Cresta Botsalo's new wing marks a significant step forward for Cresta Marakanelo Limited, which has been on a streak of development across its properties. The newly renovated rooms in Palapye offer a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and contemporary design, ensuring a memorable stay for all guests.
As Cresta Botsalo reopens with its full capacity of 51 rooms, it sets a new benchmark for quality and service in Palapye. Whether guests are traveling for business or pleasure, the hotel's newly refurbished accommodations promise an exceptional and relaxing experience.
